Japan Meteorological Corporation(Grand Front Osaka Tower-A 29F, 4-20 Ofukacho, Kita-ku, Osaka 530-0011, Japan; Masanori Suzuki, CEO; hereinafter referred to as the "Our Company") is a weather and disaster prevention professional, and the purpose of its activities is to "help people, create the future, and protect the Earth". However, in cases where the customer's consent is required by the Personal Information Protection Law, such information will be linked only when the customer agrees to this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law and related guidelines.

2. Povision of personal information to third parties

We will not provide your personal information to any third party (including parties located outside of Japan) without your consent, except in the following cases.

When a customer requests us to notify the purpose of use or to disclose retained personal data or records provided to a third party, the customer may make such a request in accordance with procedures separately established by us, except in the following cases.

Disclosure may harm the life, body, property or other rights and interests of the customer or a third party
When there is a risk that disclosure may significantly hinder the proper execution of our business
When disclosure would violate laws and regulations
When it cannot be confirmed that the request for disclosure is from the customer himself/herself

Please note that a disclosure fee may be charged in accordance with procedures separately established by the Company when requesting notification of the purpose of use or disclosure of retained personal data or records of provision to a third party.

② Correction, addition, and deletion
Customers may request the correction, addition, or deletion of retained personal data in accordance with procedures separately established by the Company. In such cases, the Company will investigate without delay to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use, and correct, add, or delete such retained personal data based on the results of such investigation.

③ Cessation of Use or Cessation of Provision to Third Parties
Customers may request the Company to cease use or cease provision to third parties of their retained personal data in accordance with procedures separately established by the Company. In such cases, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law.
