As a group of weather and disaster prevention professionals, the purposes of our activities are to help people, create the future and protect the planet. In order to realize these goals, it is necessary to continuously gain the reputation and trust of society.
To this end, it is important to protect customer information obtained through the products and services we provide, as well as the information assets that are our management resources, from various threats. In order to ensure the appropriate protection of our information assets, we hereby declare that we have established and put into practice our policy on information security.
1. Establishment of our information security management system
We shall establish and operate our information security management system (hereinafter referred to as ISMS) with the aim of clarifying the information assets to be protected by the company and of protecting them.
2. Compliance with laws and regulations
We shall comply with laws, regulations and contractual security requirements relating to information security.
3. Education and training
All employees shall be aware of the importance of information security and their roles and responsibilities under the ISMS, and shall receive the education and training necessary to handle information assets appropriately.
4. Response to security incidents
In the unlikely event of an incident related to information security, we shall promptly investigate the cause of the incident, minimize the damage and prevent recurrence.
5. Continuous improvement
ISMS is regularly reviewed and improved in order to respond to changes in business content, social and technological changes, etc.
